Driven by an innate curiosity to comprehend people and embrace diverse viewpoints, combined with my proactive nature, it was a natural progression for me to embark on a professional coaching path. This journey aligns perfectly with my inherent desire to take action and make a positive impact in the lives of others.

For over 20 years, I dedicated myself to nurturing business connections with small to medium-sized business owners, with a significant portion of that time dedicated to the Beauty & Aesthetic Industry. Throughout my journey, I provided unwavering support, coaching, and leadership to help these businesses and their teams thrive and achieve remarkable growth. In 2020, I took a significant step forward by completing my ICF Accredited Coaching Certificate. Additionally, I pursued certifications as a Practitioner of Hypnosis and a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I recognised that these transformative techniques would enrich my work and yield stronger outcomes for leaders.
